Depending on your professional experience, you will independently prepare offers and manage offer processes;Bear responsibility – You act as (partial) project manager internally and externally and take on (initial) management tasks;Take advantage of career opportunities – You benefit from excellent career prospects in a dynamic and fast-growing environment.Your profile:You have completed your studies in economics, psychology, or social sciences with above-average success and have 2-3 years of professional experience in HR consulting or equivalent in HR with a focus on learning & development and/or talent;You have in-depth knowledge and experience in the development of HR organizational concepts for learning & development and talent management, content design and processes, and are well versed in trends and technologies in this area;Excellent conceptual and analytical skills, strong communication and presentation skills as well as a confident appearance are your hallmarks;You are a team player, open-minded, eager to learn, and enjoy sharing your knowledge;You enjoy contributing to the business development of your team and the company;You are equipped with excellent knowledge of the English language and MS Office skills in a counseling context.
