What does your day-to-day in this role look like:
Collaborate with partners to develop and optimize their channels, driving increased platform usage and adoption of various tools and features by content creators
Identify and understand customer needs: Analyze the customer's goals and objectives and leverage your knowledge of key platform features to align these needs with available solutions
Engage with a high volume of clients daily
Manage interactions through video calls, emails, and phone calls, ensuring consistent and effective communication.
Manage and prioritize portfolios: Identify opportunities for growth and maintain regular follow-up with content creators over several months to foster long-term engagement
Requirements
Native level of written and verbal communication skills in Ukrainian
Good computer skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and team spirit
Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales and/or online advertising/social media.
High School Diploma
EU passport/ID or a Portuguese resident card
