Funções Some of your daily taks will be to work on ensure BPO monitoring (SLAs, KPIs, etc.) and be the liason between teams and BPO for the already transferred operations and the new migrations without spills in quality and ensuring compliance with SOX, IFRS and Group Policies; other tasks would be managing the standardization of accounts aayable processes in xF migrated the BPO operations.
Requisitos This being an internacional company you would have to be fluent in the English language so that you can comunicate with other colleagues and entities; you should also have a previous experience in the finance/ accounting area, as this would be valiable for the company and would help you ease into your daily tasks.
Oferta This job offer is totally remote and you leave 1 hour early every friday.
