Accounts Receivable – French Speaker (M/F) Algés

Our client is a Shared Services Center located in Lisbon.
Your new role:
Reporting directly to the Accounts Receivable Manager, you will be responsible for register accounting operations on your scope:
Performing day to day financial transactions, including verifying, classifying, computing, posting and recording accounts receivables' data in compliance with financial policies and procedures;Produce the analysis and justification of accounts, including the management of open items in customer accounts;Ensure the respect for the rules and standards of the task;Identifying and indicate deviations;Ensure good operational, day-to-day, relationships with internal departments, customers and suppliers;Participate in the follow up of indicators related to customers' accounting performance.What the company can offer you:

What you'll need to succeed:
High school diploma with experience in finance or proven working experience in accounting receivables or similar functions;
Minimum 1 year in similar accounting or collection tasks;
IT Skills: Office, Excel (minimum intermediate level) and SAP (nice to have);
English (B2) - minimum mandatory and French (B2) mandatory.
