As an Accounts Payable Associate, your primary responsibility will be within the financial operations of the business. Working together with the all Finance Team and different stakeholders to achieve the department and team goals, ensuring efficient processes, timely and accurate information.
\n What you'll be doing: Manage the receiving, reviewing, processing and archiving of vendor invoices;Overseeing and managing vendor accounts for timely payments and compliance with internal controls, company policy and accepted accounting practices;Preparation and processing of payment proposals, ensuring due dates are up to date and analysis is correctly done to avoid errors;Reconciling Vendor accounts to ensure accurate financial records;Managing AP inbox or other AP tools to ensure inquiries are answered and processed expeditiously;Acting as a liaison between internal business users and vendors to successfully facilitate correct and timely payments and independently resolve invoice issues and disputes;Reviewing and processing expense reports in Concur or any other expense report tool;Assisting with month-end closing;Additional AP and expense processing duties as necessary. What you need to have:University degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting or any related field;1 or 2 years of experience successfully owning the end-to-end completion of full cycle accounts payable and expense reports;Experience with accounts payable systems, ideally Primavera (preferred), NetSuite and Coupa;Fluent in English (written & spoken);Excellent attention to detail and confidentiality;Team Player and communicative. What we would love to see:Proficiency in MS Excel for data analysis;Analytical skills;Problem-solving mindset and resilience to investigate and resolve discrepancies.
