Your New Company Decathlon is setting up a Center of Excellence (CoE) in Lisbon. Have the opportunity to join a growing financial services centralization company in the Retail Sector.
Your New Role As an Accounting Specialist , you will be responsible for:
Participate in the setup of a Finance Center of Excellence in Portugal to mutualize the overall efficiency of financial processes; Ensure reconciliation of sales and determination of turnover; Analyze of the defined objectives and participation in the creation of concrete action plans to increase the quality and performance of accounting processes; Participate on the development of projects to help with the overall efficiency of financial processes; Ensure the fulfilment of the daily activities of the accounting processes, respecting deadlines and local and group standards, guaranteeing their quality and partner satisfaction. What you will need to be succeed To be succeed as an Accounting Specialist you will need:
Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting or Management (or related field); + 3 years of experience in the area; Excellent knowledge of Accounting and Finance Tools; Experience in implementing and/or migrating accounting systems (particularly SAP); Curiosity for process improvements; Critical thinking and mindset; Ambitious, proactive, dynamic and motivated individual to work in a collaborative environment; Love for physical activity and sports; Excellent interpersonal and communication skills – Fluency in English and Portuguese.
