Key responsibilities: Perform Reporting & Closing activities: ensure that all IFRS, Local GAAP and Statutory closing and reporting tasks (e.G. annual report, reporting to regulatory authorities, SVT reporting) are accurate and on time. Produce monthly legal entity close submission activities. Perform Global P&L and Balance Sheet analysis and reviews. Implement and refine the technical accounting process e.G document application of policies, procedures and workflows. Develop high performing stakeholder relationships with internal and external stakeholders e.G. other departments, business units, Group Accounting, auditors, tax authorities, public authorities, etc. Financial controlling of Actual versus Planned revenues & costs to meet the P&L target. Setup and maintenance of financial charging processes in alignment with the management and customers. Create and analyze regular and ad-hoc reports from SAP CAP/BAP, Service Now, to support inquiries. Initiate invoices of Services to the customers and internal departments via SAP. Prepare and follow-up on orders which had been approved in the spend approval meeting. Determine and enter monthly accruals to be made in the respective tool. Key requirements: Degree in Business Administration, Financial, Economic or Accounting. Experience in Accounting, financial audit, controlling or similar financial area. Accounting certification (TOC) is mandatory. Fundamental business management knowledge and basic technical understanding. Excellent communication skills, problem solving ability, team player. Strong organizational, planning and structuring skills. Independent and intrinsically motivated; with ability to work onown initiative, adaptable. Ability to handle complex processes (closing, reporting, finance operations) including understanding of data flows. Ability to work under pressure while providing high qualitative results and ability to solve problems independently. Analytical mindset; Quantitative and analytical skills with ability to analyze complex data. Proven understanding of standard accounting (IAS/IFRS, Solvency II or other local GAAP). SAP Knowledge. Proficiency in MS Office (primarily Excel). Customer and Market Excellence, Entrepreneurship and Trust. Excellent oral and written communication in Portuguese
