Our EPC Business Line is looking for an Accounting for Trainee/Internship who will have the following responsibilities:Preparation of Purchase Request Forms.Analysis of invoices to be completed for payment (preparation of Request of commitment and request of payment forms). Organization in an excel control file of all POs/invoices/requests of payments forms.Be in daily contact with the departments to ensure POs and request of payment are consistent with policy and procedures in order to ensure accuracy.Oversee the high-quality delivery of Accounts Payable, VAT Invoice Allocation, and New Business Payment Structure.Perform short-term cash flow forecasts.Maintain close communication with the accounting department to ensure proper Gaap allocation. REQUIREMENTS The ideal candidate will have/ be:Basic knowledge of taxation.Proficiency in MS Office, particularly in MS Excel and MS Word.Mandatory fluency in English.
