Accounting Internship

Did you know that we are listed on the regulated Euronext market in Paris since July 2014?Our EPC Business Line is looking for an Accounting Internship who will have the following responsibilities:• Preparation of Purchase Request Forms.• Analysis of invoices to be completed for payment (preparation of Request of commitment and request of payment forms). Organization in an excel control file of all POs/invoices/requests of payments forms.• Be in daily contact with the departments to ensure POs and request of payment are consistent with policy and procedures in order to ensure accuracy.• Oversee the high-quality delivery of Accounts Payable, VAT Invoice Allocation, and New Business Payment Structure.• Reconcile supplier accounts.• Perform short-term cash flow forecasts.• Maintain close communication with the accounting department to ensure proper Gaap allocation.Qualifications:The ideal candidate will have/ be:• Degree level: Accounting, Economics, or Finance-related.• Basic knowledge of taxation.• Proficiency in MS Office, particularly in MS Excel and MS Word.• Mandatory fluency in English.Key Skills:• Organization.• Good communication skills.• Availability and sense of responsibility.• Resilience ability and proactivity.• Good teamwork skills.#J-18808-Ljbffr
