The Job
Management of internal purchase orders and procedures;
Posting invoices and payments, ensuring that all transactions are accurately recorded and accounted for;
Managing suppliers' current accounts - analyzing balances, reconciliations, etc;
Attend to suppliers - telephonically and via email;
Ensuring payment deadlines are met;
Ensuring compliance with month-end closing dates and procedures;
Posting of provisions;
Carrying out any other tasks required by your manager and/or Supervisor.
What are we looking for?
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance or Administration, Hotel or Business Management, or equivalent;
Previous experience within the financial area (especially Accounts Payable) is valued;
Fluency in English;
Fluency in Portuguese is valued;
Good communication and interpersonal skills;
Analytical ability and attention to detail;
Ability to adapt under adversity;
Good planning and organizational skills;
Good time management.
