Professional Skills for the RoleBackground in economy, Business Management, and/or financingAt least 3 years of experience in capital markets and derivatives managementExperience and knowledge of interest rate derivatives, FX options, FX trades, futures, bonds (foreign and domestic), repo, securities lending, equity, and commoditiesExperience with derivatives operation including cashflow calculation, settlements and clearing, SWIFT (MT+MX), collateral management, etc.Experience as a BAExperience working or leading complex dynamic projects
