Accounting Assistant

Did you know that we are listed on the regulated Euronext market in Paris since July 2014?Our Finance & Administration Business Line is looking for an Accounting Assistant for its operations, who will have the following responsibilities:• Operational accounting entries;• Support in accounts analysis and maintenance of assets data;• Billing to customers, organization of shipping documents and validation of the tax framework of operations;• Support in the accounts analysis to ensure a reliable tax submission;• Collecting and sending data to meet external requests.QUALIFICATIONS:The ideal candidate will have/ be:• Accounting Degree;• At least 1 year of experience in Accounting;• Knowledge of CIT and VAT Code;• Good knowledge of MS Office, especially in Excel (other data analysis tools is a plus);• English proficiency (mandatory);• SAP domain (is a plus).Key Skills:• Proactivity and resilient;• Initiative spirit;• Self-improvement driven;• Strong analytical skills, solving problems and dynamism;• Availability and sense of responsibility;• Team player;• Dedicated person and organized.
