Responsibilities:
Assisting with Management accounts preparation
Treatment of the bookkeeping
Invoicing clients
Processing Accounts payable
Balance sheet reconciliations
Daily reconciliation of incoming and outgoing transfers within the payment system (identifying misconfigurations and miscalculations)
Assist in ad hoc analyses for Finance or other teams
Collaborate with other departments to facilitate cross-functional communication and coordination
Any other Ad Hoc tasks as required within the Finance Team
Assist in gathering documentation and information for internal and external audits
Ensure compliance with financial regulations and reporting requirements
Participate in process improvements and initiatives to enhance financial controls and efficiency
Requirements:
Degree in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration
At least 2 years of experience in a finance or accounting role
Fluent in English and French
Proficient in Excel and comfortable navigating cloud applications
Analytical, problem solving mind
Detail-oriented, with a strong focus on quality
Able to multitask, and prioritize in a fast paced environment
A proactive hands-on attitude
Willingness to learn and develop self
The ability to work with the highest ethical and professional quality standards
