Main responsibilitiesEstablishing and nurturing strong relationships with clients.Regular communication with clients to understand their needs and expectations.Addressing client concerns and resolving issues promptly.Developing and executing strategic plans to achieve client goals.Identifying and pursuing up-selling and cross-selling opportunities.Ensuring timely renewal of contracts.Driving revenue growth through strategic account management.Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.Providing training and support to clients as needed.Tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics.Valued skillsHigher education in Business, Marketing, Economics or other relevant areas to the role.At least 3 years of professional experience as a Sales Representative in the Technological Market area.Strong motivation for business development within the scope of Cloud technologies.Excellent selling, negotiation, and communication skills.Understanding of the sales process and dynamics.A commitment to excellent customer service.Relationship management skills and openness to feedback.Highly self-motivated, passionate about team management and leadership.Language SkillsFluent in English (spoken and written).We value other language knowledge like Spanish, French, and/or Dutch (spoken and written).What Magic Beans offersBe part of a technological company that is growing fast and has a disruptive methodology and approach to deliver Cloud Projects with simplicity and efficiency.Career progression based on collaborator performance, value delivered, curiosity to learn more, and a strong customer-first attitude.Possibility of working in international markets.Workplace:Portugal
