Join us to be part of a team that is transforming how enterprises manage their infrastructure.Job Description:We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Account Executive to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will have a background in B2B sales, with a proven track record of selling solutions to medium/large enterprises. The Account Executive will be responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying and closing new business opportunities.Key Responsibilities:Develop and Execute Sales Strategy: Create and implement a strategic sales plan to achieve targets and expand our customer base in the highways, powerline, and pipeline sectors.Prospect and Qualify Leads: Identify, qualify, and engage potential customers through various channels, ensuring a robust pipeline of opportunities.Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers within target organizations.Conduct Product Demonstrations: Effectively communicate the value proposition of Spotlite's platform through compelling presentations and demonstrations.Negotiate and Close Deals: Lead negotiations and close deals with large enterprises, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.Collaborate with Internal Teams: Work closely with the marketing, product, and customer success teams to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.Soft Skills and Attributes:Communication: Ability to identify and create champions, engage customers through verbal and written communication.Coachable: Open to feedback with a thirst for learning about the industry and sales process.Curiosity and Customer-Obsessed: Eager to understand customer pain points, curious about what works and doesn't for the client, and keen to learn about the client's political landscape and find creative ways to maneuver through.Grit: Demonstrates resilience, is unafraid of failure, and is willing to step outside of their comfort zone to achieve success.Goals for the First 6 Months:Achieve Sales Targets: Meet or exceed quarterly and bi-annual sales quotas.Pipeline Development: Build a strong pipeline of qualified leads with a focus on large enterprises in the target sectors.Client Acquisition: Successfully close at least three new major accounts, contributing to overall revenue growth.Market Penetration: Increase Spotlite's market presence and awareness within the highways, powerline, and pipeline industries.Customer Onboarding: Ensure seamless onboarding and initial satisfaction of newly acquired clients.Feedback Loop: Provide market and client feedback to the product team to influence future developments and enhancements.Qualifications:3+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the technology or analytics sectors.Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Willingness to travel as required.What We Offer:Competitive salary and commission structure.Comprehensive benefits package.Opportunity to work with cutting-edge technology.Collaborative and innovative work environment.Professional development and growth opportunities.How to Apply:Interested candidates are invited to send their resume and cover letter to ****** with the subject line "Account Executive Application."
