Access Control Service Technician

Job Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and motivated Access Control Service Technician to join our team.
As an Access Control Service Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining and servicing access control systems to ensure the safety and security of our clients' properties.
Key Responsibilities: Service and configure Access Control systems, CCTV, Intrusion, basic networking; including hardware, software, and related components.Perform routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on Access Control and CCTV systems.Ensure all installations meet safety and quality standards.Provide on-site support for system upgrades, troubleshooting, and repairs for both Access Control and CCTV.Work directly with clients to provide technical assistance and ensure system performance.Maintain accurate documentation of service work and system configurations.Light travel with some overnight stays.Qualifications: Previous experience with Access Control systems, CCTV, Intrusion, and basic networking required.Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Excellent communication and customer service skills.Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented.Experience with basic tools: drills, saws, volt meters, and networking tools.Benefits: Life, Dental, Vision, and Medical Insurance401(k) PlanPaid Time Off (PTO)Why Join Us?
