Key Responsibilities:
Customer Support via phone and chat for the Hungarian markets.
Efficiently manage customer inquiries and requests via email.
Process and handle orders to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Requirements:
Previous experience in a Contact Center environment (valued).
Experience in customer-facing roles (valued).
Excellent communication and persuasive skills.
Resilient and able to handle challenging situations.
Knowledge in one of the following languages:
Languages: Hungarian and English
