Workplace Systems Management Engineer - Lisbon
Capgemini Portugal is currently looking for a Workplace Systems Management Engineer to join one of the world's most prestigious and innovative companies in the luxury industry.

Their Lisbon teams will be an extension of its central Group Platforms teams and will be fully integrated in the core technology workforce. Responsibilities
Contribute to the definition and maintenance of Standard Configurations and good practices on the usage of devices at Richemont.
Define, publish and maintain Hardware Catalogs for all types of devices in scope.
Be the single point of contact to vendors for Hardware Catalogues of devices.
Perform or coordinate tests to validate new hardware.
Perform various activities to ensure proper Hardware Asset Management of Workplace Devices.
Maintain the main communication channels with the community of technical teams supporting the hardware in our catalogues.
Measure adoption and compliance to Standards.
Facilitate the B2B integration of vendor's platforms with internal asset management systems.
Develop tools and middleware for B2B integration and for automation of asset management processes.
Manage vendor escalation of issues with catalogs.
Define personas and mapping of models to roles with the collaboration of all stakeholders.
Administer portals for catalog and procurement of Hardware.
Structure the data collection and generate or collect reports for analysis of expenditure and adoption of devices in the Group.
Academic Background
Bachelor's or Master's degree in information technology or computer science or equivalent experience.
Certifications
Amazon Web Services Practitioner.
Security Knowledge or Certifications.
Automation/Scripting Certifications.

Endpoint and Configuration Management
End User Computing
Workplace technology (Audio Visuals, Printing, etc.)
Technical skills
Excellent knowledge of the market of computing devices in the following domains: Computers and Tablets, Smartphones, Printers, Meeting Room equipment. Knowledge of Digital Signage solutions is also desirable.
Familiarity with offerings and technical specs of products of the common brands such as Dell, HP, Apple, Logitech, Poly, Crestron and Jabra.
Strong foundations on networking, cyber security and cloud computing.
Scripting in PowerShell or Python. Any additional coding experience is welcome.
Data analysis and reporting.
Experience with Service Now for Service Management and Asset Management.
Knowledge on PowerApps and low code development platforms is a plus.
General skills
Fluent in English. Speaking French is a plus.
Writing documentation for technical peers and for end users in simple and clear terms.
Requirements gathering.
Strong customer-orientation and drive to providing high-quality services and products.
Autonomy in managing your own projects and lead a group of people to achieve a common result.
Familiarity with Agile ways of working.
Familiarity with common tools to organize work and share information, like Jira, Confluence, Teams, Sharepoint and Service Now.
Any ITIL certification is welcome.
Interview Process

The next step will be meeting our Client's team for a technical interview with team members, selected candidates will move to final interview with the Hiring Manager and HR team. Additional rounds may be engaged on a case-by-case basis.
