We're looking for a Workplace & Experience Specialist to join our Lisbon office, and be part of our journey, working in an exciting, multicultural, and fast-paced environment here in Portugal!
In this role, you will be joining the Workplace & Experience team, focusing on building exceptional people experiences and fostering engaging and smooth working environments for everyone.
We support Pleo's offices across 11+ countries and 3 continents, with the goal of bringing everyone together in workspaces that focus on wellbeing, help drive engagement, and support performance.
What you'll get up to: Event & Community Management: planning events, managing budgets, and promoting employee engagement.Practical tasks to help manage the Lisbon office: ensuring office spaces are functional and aligned with organizational needs.Improving the Lisbon Office: coming up with new ideas and automating processes where possible.Gathering feedback: continuously striving to improve the workplace experience by collecting feedback from stakeholders and employees.Supporting larger ad-hoc projects: ensuring smooth operations during office refurbishments or hosting groups from other offices.Contract Management: supporting the monitoring of services & contracts and identifying improvement opportunities.Budget Management: optimizing the budget control environment for all activities and purchases.Health & Safety: ensuring compliance with local and international H&S regulations and coordinating mandatory training programs.We believe you'll thrive in this role if you: Have significant expertise in workplace industry, property, or facilities management.Love to organize, optimize, communicate, and build relationships.Are willing to lead operational priorities and negotiations.Have knowledge of workplace technology and trends in office design.Are familiar with Slack, G'Suite, Notion & Zoom.Have experience with event planning & community building.Share our core value of enabling Pleo'ers to feel valued at work.Have managed a budget of 1M€.Show me the benefits!
