Key Responsibilities:

Lead Workday Recruiting and HCM implementations for our global clientele.
Collaborate with clients to understand business requirements and recommend improvements.
Manage project scope, quality, and timelines, mentoring team members.
Develop expertise in Workday modules and integration aspects.

Requirements:
2+ years' experience in Workday Recruiting and HCM implementations.
Workday HCM and Recruiting certificates.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

Preferred Experience:
Leadership in Workday Recruiting and HCM implementations.
Knowledge of other Workday modules and additional certificates.
Experience with HRIS systems.
Proficiency in German or Spanish.
Languages: English and German or Spanish
