Your mission as Workday Prism Analytics Specialist will be…
Discover,analyze and solve PRISM & Reporting related issues in the system;
Identifyand realize improvements within Workday PRISM;
Datamanagement and data integration between Workday and other applications forPrism Reporting;
Focus tosecure global system and process stability by managing regular operations taskswithin the Operations Team;
ImplementChange Requests based on Solution Designs including IT-Testing and Deployment;
SupportProof-of-concepts (POCs);
Documentation of activities according to the compliance framework.
We are looking for someone with…
3+ YearsGeneral Technical Experience across all Workday modules;
1+ Years Specific Technical Experience in Workday Prism Analytics &Reporting, ideally for various companies/clients;
Academic degree related to Information Technology / Business / Economics;
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to frequent change;
Passion to bring value add to customers and provide excellent service;
•Strong analytical and communication skills combined with a goodunderstanding of a larger application and interfaces landscape;
Good knowledge in implementing and maintaining a Workday PRISM setupwhich includes areas like Workday Prism data integration from differentsources, PRISM data management with transformation & publishing, PRISM Rolesetup, Data Security and Data Governance, Worksheets, Workday Custom Reports,Workday Dashboard and Discovery Boards;
Professional Business English (must have), German (nice to have).
