Siemens operates a global instance for Workday HCM providing core HR services and processes to more than 50 countries and aims to roll out Workday worldwide. Our internal Team of Workday Experts is supporting the global Operations and projects.
Your mission will be…
Leading and continuously improving the agile setup within the Global Workday Operations Team (e.g. Sprint Management, Backlog Management, Retrospectives).
Acting as the Main contact for our Workday Projects and Operational activities towards a specific Siemens Customer including Stakeholder Management.
Driving and Supporting Workday specific communications to Stakeholders.
Employee data management (from Onboarding to termination).
Support Proof-of-Concepts (POCs) and contribute to the evaluation and design of new Workday functionalities and Modules.
Support the creation of new Projects including financial calculation and tracking.
Establish, Align, Maintain and Manage Key Performance Indicators in the respective focus areas.
We are looking for someone with…
Academic degree related to Information Technology; Business, Economics or other relevant fields.
2+ Years General knowledge across different Workday HCM modules and functionalities including Workday Implementation Projects.
2+ Years of Proven experience in leading Agile Methodologies (e.g. Scrum) in Software Service or Project environments.
Experience in Customer Communication, Project & Stakeholder Management.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to frequent change.
Passion to bring value add to customers and provide excellent service.
Strong communication and relationship management skills combined with a good understanding of driving Business solutions and services through value add to our customers.
Strong analytical skills to analyze complex challenges and design solution scenarios in a larger P&O systems landscape.
Language: Professional Business English (must have), German (nice to have).
