Key Responsibilities: Address customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in Dutch , ensuring all communications are clear, friendly, and professional.
Assist customers with product-related questions, order processing, returns, and general inquiries about our beauty offerings.
Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues efficiently, aiming for first-contact resolution whenever possible.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, feedback, and resolutions in our CRM system.
Collaborate with team members and other departments to enhance customer satisfaction and address common concerns.
Stay informed about product knowledge and industry trends to provide insightful support to customers.
Engage in training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge of our product lineup.
Requirements: Native Dutch speaker with excellent communication skills.
B2 level proficiency in English ; additional languages are a plus.
Previous experience in customer service or a related field, ideally within the beauty sector.
