Assist customers with product details, order issues, and general support.

Provide clear and effective solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
Document customer interactions accurately in the CRM system.
What We Are Looking For Fluency in German (C2 level) and solid communication skills in English (B2 level or higher).
Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused attitude.
Flexibility to work 24/7 rotational shifts , including weekends.
Must be available to work on-site in Braga .
