This is how we enable sustainable mobility and help to prevent accidents caused by human error.Want to join us?Your roleSupport the Cutting & Lead Prep team in all activities for the connectivity and traceability in EDS EMEA.Facilitate collaboration and communication within the project team across different departments, sites, and regions.Ensure the achievement of established objectives, report progress, and drive continuous improvements in quality, delivery, and cost.Provide status reports and communicate with other management teams and projects.Lead digitalization implementation in plants and regions.Ensure hardware and software specifications and requirements are met for all projects where he/she will be inserted.Ensure that Aptiv digitalization projects / Systems / Strategies meet customer requirements and internal procedures.Ensure standardization by updating equipment standards, training instructions, maintenance instructions, PFMEA, and control plans.Administer digitalization systems under his/her responsibility and analyze data, including licenses, user access, databases, and servers.Develop solutions and action plans for issues/risk items with operations and program teams.Your backgroundBachelor's or Master's degree in engineering with 2-5 years of experience in process engineering or equivalent, and fluent in English.Strong communication and organizational skills as well as the ability to plan and prioritize tasks and take the initiative.Ability to create basic drawings & sketches in CAD software.Familiarity with industry communication protocol (Ethernet, OPC-UA, MQTT).Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing, Industry 4.0, and Traceability concepts.Ability to travel within the EMEA region.Why join us?You can grow at Aptiv.
