Engage in team discussions on operations and projects.
Ensure continuous improvement and high availability of IT systems.
Develop and enforce corporate policies for system standardization and security.
Diagnose and resolve user and IT system issues.
Design and support technical solutions based on business needs.
Manage incidents and enhance internal knowledge sharing.
Perfil ideal
STEM Degree or equivalent experience.
Experience managing internationally distributed teams with skills in talent development and team leadership.
Preferred: Experience in Financial Services or regulated industries.
At least 8 years of relevant experience as a Windows system administrator.
Experience with Active Directory, PowerShell scripting, and Office365 administration.
Knowledge of M365 security features and multiple Microsoft roles.
Familiarity with Cisco Ironport and Citrix (preferred).
Strong troubleshooting and technical support skills.
Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
English proficiency.
Experience with ITIL change management.
Flexibility to work outside regular hours.
Motivated team player with availability to travel in Europe for extended periods up to 50% of the time in the initial phase.
