Wholesale Technical Lead / Scrum Master CONTEXT Richemont is looking for a talented Tech Lead - Scrum Master to help support the delivery of Wholesale solutions and applications to its Maisons. The Wholesale Tech Lead - Scrum Master will be part of the Richemont LNR (Luxury New Retail) Technology Wholesale Digital Interaction Channel Area Team. You will be joining a dynamic team where you will play a pivotal role in a major, multi-Maisons, worldwide initiative for some of the most prestigious Maisons. You will work in a global environment with highly distributed teams in different countries and time zones.
As a Tech Lead - Scrum Master, you will be responsible for facilitating the Scrum process, removing impediments, and ensuring the team delivers high-quality solutions on time and within budget. You will also be responsible for leading, providing technical support, and guiding the development team.
A proven technical background and experience in Agile methodologies are essential assets to successfully drive our delivery activities. A background in Salesforce administration and development, as well as experience in the retail/ecommerce sector, are important assets.
HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT? Serve as the team lead and Scrum Master for one or more development teams, guiding the team through development guidelines, the Agile process, and facilitating all Scrum ceremonies.Collaborate closely with Solution Architect, Product Owners, Business Analysts, and stakeholders to prioritize and groom the product backlog.Implement technical guidelines and methodology in collaboration with Solution Architect and team leads.Coach the team on Agile principles and practices, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration.Help remove obstacles and impediments that hinder the team's progress, escalating issues when necessary to ensure timely resolution.Work closely with developers and administrators to understand technical requirements and constraints.Track and report on team velocity, sprint progress, and project milestones, ensuring transparency and accountability.Support the Technical Team Lead in tracking and assessing the Agile KPI of the Product team.Demonstrate resilience and problem-solving skills, facilitating effective communication and collaboration within the team and across departments.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement system improvements and best practices.Promote a positive team environment that encourages creativity, innovation, and excellence.Participate in onboarding and coaching new members of the delivery team.HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US? Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent certification.Minimum 3 years of experience as a Senior Developer or Scrum Master; experience with Salesforce and the retail ecosystem will be a valuable asset.Practices and experiences with Salesforce Commerce platform (B2B, experience cloud) capabilities, including configuration, customization, and integration.Excellent communication, leadership, and facilitation skills.Experience with Confluence, Jira, and Zephyr.Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.Fluent English required; French is an asset.Ability to work in a complex, fast-paced, distributed environment with high expectations.YOUR JOURNEY WITH US: If your application is selected, we will contact you ASAP for an informal introductory call.The next step from there would be a first technical interview with an area team representative; if there is a match, you will have a personal meeting with him/her and our HR Business Partner.LEARN MORE ABOUT LIFE AT RICHEMONT AND OUR MAISONS BELOW
