What you can expect
The WFM Manager will be managing a team of Workforce Analysts and Real-Time Analysts, being responsible for coordinating and defining the standards for the team's work.
Manage the team to develop WFM planning for the company projects; improve the department's performance, always looking to make work more efficient and effective.
What you'll do
Improve the department performance, always looking to make work more efficient and effective;
Ensure the delivery of reports to the Operations Management Team;
Identify risks in the various projects and suggest ways of internal control to mitigate the associated risks;
Interact with other departments in order to improve and maximize results;
Propose improvement and innovation methods across the department and the company;
Ensure the generation and delivery of real-time reports to the Operations Management Team;
Monitor and improve team productivity;
Implement company-wide management-approved strategies;
Take an active role in the development of the department's strategy and plans as required by department leadership;
May perform other duties as requested not specifically addressed in this document.
What you'll need
Higher Degree Education (preferential);
Fluency in English (mandatory);
High-level proficiency across the Microsoft Office Suite, Microsoft SQL Server, BI tools, WFM tools & Python;
Experience managing in Customer Experience Management operations (preference);
Analytical & decision-making skills;
Achievement oriented.
