Base salary (gross):
1100€/month x 14 Possibility of sales bonus up to 120e p/month Meal allowance:

Inbound calls Sell packages of the product Cross-Sell or Upsell packages and associated products Customer support for post-booking and booking management Support travel agents with bookings and booking management Support customer with information about a range of questions like destination, documentations, prices etc. Profile:
Previous Contact Centre or Customer Service experience (preferable) Enthusiastic and skilled in technology applications Excellent language skills in German and feel comfortable speaking and writing in English Love to communicate, while being easy-going and patient with our customers Good and customer-friendly service is the highest priority for you Curious and persistent to solve issues Organised and can keep a cool head even in stressful situations Training Conditions Duration:
