What you can expectAs part of the Welcome and Support team, the assistant will be responsible for welcoming and integrating foreign newcomers upon their arrival to Lisbon and during their stay with Teleperformance.What you'll doWelcome new hires and do their check-in in the company's apartments (airport pickups and relocation support); Providing 24h/7 support to workers living in Teleperformance's apartments; Ensure norms of conduct in the companies apartments are respected; Ensure all necessary documents are signed before the check-in – support administrative and legal procedures; Support new hires in resolving specific situations detected by Human Resources; Problem solving andconflict resolution; Do the check-out ofemployees leaving the company's apartments; Be a true team member in Teleperformance Portugal – focused on the success of the company; Interaction with other departments in order to improve and maximize the project(s) results; Be an active part in the processes of continuous improvement, proposing improvement and innovative methods across the department and the company (producing fresh and imaginative ideas and solutions); Communicate to leadership any known infractions of these Corporate Policies and procedures immediately; What you'll needCar License; B1 English Speaker (minimum); Work Experience;Experience in conflict resolution.BenefitsExcellent work opportunity in a dynamic leading multinational company; Investment in training and personal development; Modern, centrally located buildings with canteen facilities and an excellent public transportation connection; Health Insurance;Free Portuguese language courses, sport activities and organized events; Free healthy meals in the cafeterias, such as soup, bread, salad, and fruit.Teleperformance PortugalTeleperformance Portugal is one of the 25 best companies to work for in Europe.
