The main purpose of this role is to lead system integration developments and ensure the quality on projects delivery for our clients.
Key responsibilities:
You will autonomously implement system integration solutions following architecture design, scope definition and best practices.
You will advise clients together with solution and enterprise architects in middleware architecture design, scope definition and best practices to be implemented by development teams.
You will research and implement accelerators and proofs-of-concept.
You will collaborate in gathering business requirements through client-facing engagement.
You will estimate delivery efforts in collaboration with commercial teams to quote opportunities.
You will be working in multi-disciplinary teams with members from different global locations.
You will support and technically coach development teams.
Qualifications:
Prerequisites:
Degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
Minimum 3 years' experience in Webmethods.
Valid certifications in a market leader iPaaS.
MuleSoft or WebMethods certification is highly valued.
Scrum Master certification is valued.
Key skills:
Strong knowledge in enterprise application integration (EAI) development, integration patterns, configuration and deployment.
Strong command in REST and SOAP API design, and SOA principles.
Strong command in SQL or NoSQL.
Strong command in any MQ tool.
Good knowledge in any object-oriented programming language.
Experience in implementing ETL and EDA solutions.
Strong command in Git and experience in implementing a CI/CD.
Understanding of Agile concepts, experienced with Scrum or similar development methodology and used to Jira or similar to track delivery progress.
Experience with more than one EAI platform.
Proficient in English (C1).
Other responsibilities:
Work in a fast-paced, iterative manner with peers from across disciplines.
Understand design methods, design thinking, sprint-based strategy, design, planning and prototyping best practices.
Research trends and innovations to substantiate hypotheses.
Stays up to date, or ahead, of digital trends in the market and understands how they impact the client's business.
Strong background in MS Office.
