Founded in 2021, the Airbus Global Business Services (AGBS) unit will be contributing to Airbus'
global success and play a vital role in Airbus' transformation journey in standardisation,
harmonisation, digitalisation and automation of end-to-end processes (e.g.Procure to Pay) of all
overhead functions. Our target is that siloed ways of working / processes will be a relic of the past
within the AGBS. To drive such culture change we are looking for candidates with pioneering spirit

responsabilidades chave
You will be part of a project team in the international and cross-divisional teams of the Digital Office (GYZ) to shape and deliver memorable customer experiences to grow the Airbus brand and reputation at the highest level. Your mission will support SEO and Web Analytics for the Communication and Marketing department of Airbus. You will be part of a team composed by more than 10 experts (web developers, Product Owner, Customer success manager) and will bring your web expertise to the business.
The SEO / Web Analytics experts will cover the following missions:
Web Analytics Expert:
Set up website collection, process and analyze web data to provide insights and analysis to marketing and communication teams.
Identify trends and opportunities to improve user experience and web performance.
Support the communication and marketing team to define their website, campaign objectives and KPI to reach
Use data to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and product initiatives
Clean, enrich and prepare new data to support the development of new KPIs
Develop dashboards and reports to track performance of key KPIs
Standardize and industrialize web analytics (creation of templates, creation of "occurrence" ex: monthly reporting)
Deliver business analysis with cross data analysis between different tools to provide complex analysis (website traffic, SEO, SEA, UX, Webcorevitals) in order to link data with business concrete recommendations.
Collaborate with technical teams to resolve data collection issues
Configure and manage tracking tags and pixels on different website pages
Manage user access, training session, material and first level support for our web analytics tool "Piwik Pro"
Service-now coordination for incident request with the provider "Piwik"
SEO and UX Expert:
Realize and deliver audit and recommendations:, editorial (content, keywords, UX), authority, competition, technical to improve the SEO and UX performance of our web content
Define with the business SEO strategy, vision to optimize websites and campaigns visibility.
Semantic cocoon, matrix for content optimization
Website arborescence and user journey analysis
Redirection strategy plan
Work in collaboration with our development team to improve the technical socle of our website for SEO and web performance.
Deploy a business vision for SEO strategy: evangelization among communication and marketing teams.
Provide material to support and leverage the autonomy of the team
Pitch good experience and examples to democratize
Deliver regularly training to increase skills
Implementation of SEO and UX analytics in our reporting tool / dashboard
Functional Support level 2 on analytics and SEO tools (training, creating access)

if you have:
Web Analytics:
Significant experience in analytics tools (preferably Piwik or equivalent), tag management tool and reporting tools (preferably Qlik Sense or Google Data Studio/Looker).
High web analyst capability: deliver reports, audits, web recommendations, optimization.
High understanding of business communication and marketing objective
Ability to create synthetic/clear deliverables and standardize the information
Capability to work in team and create synergize, motivation (interpersonal skills)
An experience in SQL is a plus.
SEO
Significant experience in web optimization (SEO, user journeys).
Capability to drive SEO strategy in accordance with Airbus brand values and positioning
Capability to pitches: SEO audits, analysis and delivery clear recommendation
Curious to test, improve and challenge our strategy, tools way of working
Tools experience: with SEO tools like SEMRUSH / Search Console / Majestic and UX tools like Hotjar or equivalence is strongly appreciated.
This job position requires a high curiosity mindset in order to provide not only data analysis but also business analysis and applicable recommendation. In a complex environment, getting expertise on the different topics will be important in order to appreciate the different challenges we are facing. A proven experience in a Web Analytics/SEO agency is a plus.
