About the job Lead and Transformation Manager mission is to align the information system with the Group's growth strategy acting as a driver of organizational change, promoting a continuous improvement mindset that allows the implementation of necessary actions that foster not only the achievement of business goals but also the expected ongoing advancements of the activity.On an ongoing basis, take into consideration a proper control of the risk and quality of service delivered, follow up the activity in all its dimensions, monitoring the relevant SLAs and KPIs, and promoting the needed adjustments to ease and optimize the fulfillment of business objectives.Drive and oversee the transformation initiatives within an organization. Responsible for identifying areas for improvement in line with Wealth Management (WM) strategy, developing/following strategic plans, and implementing change initiatives.Your Main Activities Are Manage local ADM WMIS team.Steer, supervise, delegate, and control the team's everyday work.Guarantee the proper management of IT risks & cyber security related to their line of work.Management of staff, resources, and budget, including the monitoring and optimization of all business costs.Act as a sponsor for the company's innovation processes and creation of value, fostering and supporting the implementation of initiatives that lead to a relevant impact on the business and/or the teams, locally and globally.Coordinate the relationship with other locations and process owners, empowering the team in the follow-up of relevant processes.Continuous optimization of existing processes, identifying spaces and actions for improvements and efficiencies, while enabling employees to take part in the development of those actions.Help define and promote WM CTO strategy and ensure its operational implementation regarding information systems.Steer transformation program and related projects – affecting their line of work – either directly or through cross-entity projects.Support and coach managers/Project Leaders reporting to them.Support in the execution of all approved strategic transformation projects.Manage an integrated program of change initiatives across all lines of service and functional areas, all of which are aligned to business strategy.Implement change management strategies and plans that drive employee adoption and minimize resistance.Support organizational design and definition of roles and responsibilities.Profile and Skills to Success Bachelor's degree in IT and excellent understanding of IT roles.Experience managing business stakeholders within the banking area.Excellent active listening skills.Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.Experience with Program Management.Ability to clearly articulate messages to a variety of audiences (Infrastructure, APS, ADM, Business) including senior management.Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships.Ability to influence others and move toward a common vision or goal.Flexible and adaptable; able to work in ambiguous situations.Resilient and tenacious with a propensity to persevere.Forward-looking with a holistic approach.Organized with a natural inclination for planning strategy and tactics.Problem-solving and root cause identification skills.Able to work effectively at all levels in an organization.Must be a team player and able to work collaboratively with and through others.Acute business acumen and understanding of organizational issues and challenges.Strong collaborative mindset across regions and cultures.A solid understanding of how people go through a change and the change process.Experience and knowledge of change management principles.Why joining BNP Paribas?
