Lead and Transformation Manager mission is to align the information system with the Group's growth strategy acting as driver of the organizational change, promoting a continuous improvement mind-set that allows the implementation of the necessary actions that foster not only the achievement of the business goals but also the expected ongoing advancements of the activity. On an ongoing basis, take in consideration a proper control of the risk and quality of service delivered,up of the activity in all its dimensions, monitoring the relevant SLAs and KPIs and promoting the needed adjustments to ease and optimize the fulfilment of the business objectivesDrive and oversee the transformation initiatives within an organization. She/He is responsible for identifying areas for improvement in line with Wealth Management (WM) strategy, developing strategic plans, and implementing change initiativesYour Main Activities AreManage local ADM WMIS teamSteer, supervise, delegate and control the teams' everyday workGuarantee the proper management of IT risks & cyber security related to their line of workManagement of staff, resources and budget, including the monitoring and optimization of all business costsAct as a sponsor for the company's innovation processes and creation of value, fostering and supporting the implementation of initiatives that lead to a relevant impact on the business and/or the teams, locally and globallyCoordinate the relationship with the other locations and process owners, empowering the team in the up of the relevant processesContinuous optimization of the existing processes, identifying spaces and actions for improvements and efficiencies, while enabling employees to take part of the development of those actionsHelp define and promote WM CTO strategy and ensure its operational implementation regarding information systemsSteer transformation program and related projects - affecting their line or work - either directly or through cross-entity projectsSupport and coach managers/Project Leaders reporting to themSupport in the execution of all approved strategic transformation projectsManage an integrated program of change initiatives across all lines of service and functional areas all of which are aligned to business strategyImplementing change management strategies and plans that drive employee adoption and minimize resistanceSupport organizational design and definition of roles and responsibilitiesProfile and Skills to SuccessBachelor degree in IT and Excellent understanding of IT RolesExperience managing business stakeholders within the banking areaExcellent active listening skillsExceptional communication skills, both written and verbalExperience with Program ManagementAbility to clearly articulate messages to a variety of audiences (Infrastructure, APS, ADM, Business) including senior managementAbility to establish and maintain strong relationshipsAbility to influence others and move toward a common vision or goalFlexible and adaptable; able to work in ambiguous situationsResilient and tenacious with a propensity to persevereForward looking with a holistic approachOrganized with a natural inclination for planning strategy and tacticsProblem solving and root cause identification skillsAble to work effectively at all levels in an organizationMust be a team player and able to work collaboratively with and through othersAcute business acumen and understanding of organizational issues and challengesStrong collaborative mindset across regions and culturesA solid understanding of how people go through a change and the change processExperience and knowledge of change management principlesWhy joining BNP Paribas?Leading banking institution
