Water Cooler Field Technician

Based in Dublin, this role will support the delivery of Culligan Ireland's Field Service activities, including site surveys, installations, repairs, services, exchanges, and collections.Responsibilities:Ensuring all units are working appropriately for the customers' needs.Performing site surveys, installations, repairs, services, exchanges, and collections on-site.Working to a tight daily schedule.Managing and storing stock and inventory, ensuring enough parts are available to complete assigned tasks.Minimum Requirements:Full and valid driving license with a maximum of 6 points (none of which are for dangerous or careless driving).Minimum of 3 years' driving experience.Demonstrated experience in diagnosis and resolution of technical issues.Good geographical knowledge.Additional Information:Monday - Friday working pattern.Uniform & tablet provided.23 days' holiday + Bank Holidays - increasing with long service.Company pension scheme.Company sick pay (after qualifying period).Shopping discounts + 24 hours access to Employee Assistance Programme + Volunteering Day.Employee support network and mental health assistance.Opportunity for career progression.
