LHC International is the leading career partner for executives in the hospitality and operational real estate industry.For our partner, an international investment fund, we are looking for a VP OPERATIONS (all genders) for their properties in Europe, with immediate effect or by appointment.Your Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic Leadership: Develop and execute operational strategies aligned with the company's objectives to drive revenue growth, enhance guest satisfaction, and maintain cost-effective operations.Team Management: Lead and mentor a diverse team of department heads and operational managers to ensure cohesive and high-performance teams across various properties.Operational Excellence: Oversee and optimize operational processes, standards, and procedures to maximize efficiency, quality, and guest satisfaction.Financial Management: Develop and manage budgets, forecast financial performance, and implement cost-control measures to achieve profitability targets.Guest Experience: Champion a culture of exceptional guest service and ensure that all properties consistently meet or exceed service standards.Expansion and Development: Contribute to the development and implementation of expansion strategies, new property openings, and renovations.Collaboration: Liaise with other departments, stakeholders, and external partners to foster collaboration and achieve overall business objectives.Your SkillsLeadership: The VP of Operations is the leader of the company and sets the overall vision for property operations supporting the CEO in this role. Should inspire and motivate teams to work towards common operational goals and objectives.Decision-Making: Makes critical decisions that impact on the property operations present and future.Financial Management: VP of Operations oversees the financial operations health of the properties. Should work with the General Managers to manage budgets, financial planning, and ensure the properties' profitability.Communication Skills: Effective communication is crucial. Needs to communicate the operations strategy and performance to various stakeholders, both internally and externally.Adaptability: The business landscape is constantly changing.
