The Services team is a key differentiator for Mastercard, providing the cutting-edge services that help our customers grow. Focused on thinking big and scaling fast around the globe, this agile team is responsible for end-to-end solutions for a diverse global customer base. Centered on data-driven technologies and innovation, these services include consulting, loyalty and marketing programs, test-and-learn business experimentation, and data-driven information and risk management services. While specializing in the payments industry, Mastercard Services also collaborates closely with major retailers, airlines, and other enterprises, leveraging data and insights garnered from within and beyond its network.
Within the Services organization, the Advisors & Consulting Services (ACS) group is responsible for delivering our various products and solutions to clients. The Insights & Enablement ACS group (I&E ACS) aims at constantly improving the overall effectiveness and efficiency of Advisors & Consulting Services. The Services Business Development (SBD) group is responsible for selling our various products and solutions to clients. And the Insights & Enablement SBD (I&E SBD) group aims at constantly improving the overall effectiveness and efficiency of Services Business Development.
This role's primary responsibilities will be to coordinate the activities of the extended I&E ACS team based in Lisbon and to lead some initiatives that benefit both the ACS and SBD groups.
The Role:
Main I&E point of contact for the Services groups based in Lisbon (ACS, ARC, CTE…)
Coordinate office level activities for I&E team members based in Lisbon
Develop and mentor I&E team members based in Lisbon in liaison with their remote line manager
Oversee running & enhancement of Practices activities
Oversee running of Knowledge Management activities and contribute to the development of its strategy
In collaboration with other I&E partners:
Understand and own need for new tool across SBD & ACS
Provide input in the development of the systems roadmap to support SBD & ACS
Coordinate enablement needed for the various Services persona identified
Understand and own the need for training, and oversee its overall development across SBD & ACS
Collaborate with other I&E leads to ensure full support to all Advisors enablement activities across SBD & ACS
All About You:
Familiarity with Mastercard Services business preferred
Comfortable in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities and ambiguity; you enjoy figuring out what needs to be done and then making it happen
Excellent communication (written, oral and presentation) and interpersonal skills; able to tailor information for audiences at different levels of seniority and within different functions
Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
Experience leading and developing high-performing teams, fostering a culture of excellence, innovation, and continuous improvement.
Demonstrated ability to drive results, manage multiple priorities, and thrive in a dynamic, evolving environment.
Experience in professional services organizations
