Our team also provides specialized clients for software developers and engineers, based on Mac and Windows. We leverage advanced technologies and platforms like SCCM and Intune to ensure efficient and effective client management.You'll be focused on:Using your expert knowledge and experience with Microsoft Windows client operating systems (Windows 10/11) in an enterprise environment.Designing client standards, settings, policies, hardening, and driver management.Providing consulting and in-depth troubleshooting for client-related topics.Managing clients using Microsoft SCCM and Microsoft Intune.Integrating clients into SCCM and/or Intune.Offering consulting and troubleshooting for client management-related topics.Applying ITSM processes and best practices to ensure smooth IT operations amidst continuous changes.In order to succeed, you'll need:Bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering, or comparable work experience.Proven experience working as an IT Ops or related role.Expert knowledge and experience with Microsoft Windows client operating systems such as Windows 10 and Windows 11 – preferably in an enterprise environment.Experience in client design (standards, settings, policies, hardening, driver management, and much more).Proven experience and in-depth troubleshooting for client-related topics.Experience with Microsoft SCCM to manage clients.Knowledge in ITSM processes and best practices to ensure smooth IT operations even with continuous changes.Nice to have:Experience in macOS and managing Mac clients with JAMF and/or Intune.Experience in Ubuntu and managing Linux clients with Foreman and/or Intune.Cool things you'll experience in our work environment:Tailored remote-friendly setup for every team's vibe!Flexible working hours.Multicultural reality with +30 different nationalities.Pet-friendly environment.Boost your career with our internal mobility program, focused on your personal & professional growth.Mix and mingle across teams for idea-sharing and bonding.
