Are you ready to drive pricing transformations across Europe? Join our Europe Pricing team as a Pricing Transformation Project Manager and take charge of shaping the commercial policies of different countries in Europe. This is a unique opportunity to lead impactful changes and gain valuable international experience in the vibrant city of Lisbon.

Which missions will you lead?

Conduct in-depth price waterfall analysis to identify areas for improvement
Perform comprehensive assessments on various elements of the price waterfall, including standard discount matrix, special price agreements, performance bonuses, marketing development funds, etc.
Identify gaps and develop a transition plan for countries to implement necessary changes
Provide support to countries in implementing changes, monitor project actions and risks, and ensure proper resolution with relevant stakeholders
Coordinate the overall program delivery up to the execution of the 'to-be' solution
Monitoring, measurement, and digitization of the rebates

What are the qualifications we are looking for?

Education: Master's degree in Business / Marketing / Engineering with competencies suited to a project management role

Work experience: 1 or 2 years in a similar role - apprentice and interns will be considered too.

Skills:
Proficient in data analysis and translating insights into actionable strategies (proficiency in Excel, Tableau and other analytical tools is preferred)
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present to senior management using clear visuals in PowerPoint
Strong leadership qualities to drive independent analysis and projects while overcoming challenges
Strong academic track record

Requested languages : English Fluent, other languages such as German could be a plus.
