Activities
Join our affiliate TotalEnergies Marketing Portugal (TMP) in Lisbon!
As a Marketing Assistant, your main tasks will be:
1/ Digital:
Maintenance of the Portuguese website;
Start the process of creating a Facebook account;
Update of the predefined contents of the TotalEnergies Portugal website;
Update of TotalEnergies garages in the Group application (Maps.store), and management of its geo-location;
SEO optimization of the Portuguese website;
Analysis of searches in Portugal to enrich and optimize the website content;
Management of the Analytics tools;
Support to the digital team in the development of the Road Map Subsidiary projects: Facebook, Blog...;
Operational management of the PT blog contents;
Support to the update of the LMDB and LubConsult for the Portuguese subsidiary.
2/ Marketing/Image:
Definition and adaptation to Portuguese of the image and external communication materials, in coordination with the sales and marketing teams of TMP;
Operational management of the actions' implementation included in TMP's promotional plan;
Marketing support for the development of the TWC network and others in Portugal;
Management of customer loyalty tools;
Collaboration with and management of event organization tasks (trade fairs, conventions, meetings, etc.).
Candidate Profile
Expected qualifications:
Master degree in Marketing
Technical skills:
Expected first experience in Marketing or Sales
Computing skills:
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office 365, particularly in Excel, Word, PowerPoint;
Knowledge of Acrobat and InDesign.
Languages:
Portuguese: level C1 MANDATORY;
English: level B2+;
French: level B2.
