What does your day-to-day in this role look like:
Customer contact with customers by telephone, in your native language and in some cases also in English language
Contact by phone (inbound), as well as in writing via e-mail or online chat
Resolving questions and troubleshoot
Customer-oriented solution finding for any inquiries, but no sales;
Independent and proactive solution finding, using the always available knowledge base
Requirements
What do you need to be successful at this job?
Native level of written and verbal communication skills
Good computer skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and team spirit
Customer Support experience
High School Diploma
EU passport/ID or a Portuguese resident card
