Position: Video Content Moderator (ByteDance TikTok) – German (Porto)
Location: Porto, Portugal
Job Description: 
- You will be responsible for reviewing user reports related to video content on a streaming platform.
- Analyze sensitive content, sometimes involving graphic or disturbing subjects.
- Conduct content audits and updates.
- Maintain broad knowledge of client products and/or services.
- Make well-balanced decisions and assist in resolving inquiries based on defined policies and procedures, especially the data protection policy.
Requirements:
- Native or advanced fluency in German (C2) and English proficiency at C1 level (both written and spoken).
- 6 months of experience in a relevant field is preferable.
- Ability to cover weekly rotating shifts, including nights and weekends.
- Tolerance for sensitive video content.
- Strong computer skills.
- Customer-oriented with effective, pleasant, and professional communication style, as well as patience.
- Quick learner and adaptable to new processes and concepts.
- Tolerance for repetitive work in a fast-paced environment.
- Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
