Job Description:
We are seeking a highly experienced Vice President of Hotel Revenue to join our client's hotel team. This role is based in Portugal and requires a deep understanding of the local market. The ideal candidate must be fluent in Portuguese and currently working in Portugal to ensure they have the necessary market insights.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement revenue management strategies to maximize hotel revenue and profitability.
Analyze market trends and competitor performance to inform pricing and distribution strategies.
Collaborate with hotel management teams to optimize room inventory and pricing.
Lead and mentor the revenue management team, providing guidance and support.
Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to senior management.
Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in revenue management within the hotel industry.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex data.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Fluency in Portuguese is mandatory.
In-depth knowledge of the Portuguese hotel market.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Requirements:
Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in hotel revenue management.
Currently working in Portugal.
Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field. An MBA is preferred
