Process and digitization manager (m/f/d) This is a permanent position (full-time/part-time) with the following responsibilities
Main areas of responsibility:
Central further development of the digitization strategy for the administration Uniform coordination and control of digitization measures in coordination with the management Advice and technical support for the administration in the introduction, use and further development of internal management systems and electronic file management (e-file), coordination of interfaces Development of process management, mapping of key internal business processes, analysis and optimization Supporting the departments in the digital transformation and expansion of digital administrative services We reserve the right to change the scope of duties.
Our requirements for you are:
A successfully completed degree (Bachelor's or Diploma (FH)) in the fields of Digital Administration Management, Business or Administrative Informatics, Public Management, Management & Digitization or in a comparable field of study or proven equivalent skills based on many years of professional experience in the above-mentioned fields of activity Alternatively, training as an administrative assistant with further training as an administrative specialist (f/m/d), digitalization specialist (f/m/d), digital transformation Good IT and advanced MS Office skills Enjoy organizing, changing and optimizing Fun and interest in working with new digital communication and information systems A high degree of initiative and analytical understanding Motivation to shape innovation and change processes that advance digital administration as well as a careful, independent, structured and solution-oriented way of working Communication and teamwork skills You can look forward to an interesting, varied and responsible field of activity with the opportunity to help shape the company in an appreciative atmosphere. The newly created position is open-ended and can be filled on a full-time or part-time basis. The compatibility of family and career with flexible working hours is supported. We offer a training and performance-related pay scale in accordance with the requirements of pay group 10 TVöD or up to pay group A 11 BayBesG.
