About The RoleWe have an incredible opportunity for a Vendor Support Officer to join our SDO team.
As a Vendor Support Officer, you will be responsible for disputes related to the entire vendor management ecosystem as part of your responsibilities in ensuring an effective source to pay process.
WHAT WILL YOU BE RESPONSIBLE FOR?Provide support to the payments lead in achieving team objectives and assist in fostering a positive and collaborative team environment.Take the initiative to solve problems or inefficiencies and propose suggestions for improvement while collaborating with team members to implement solutions.Schedule meetings with the RTR solution lead to provide status updates on the work.Effectively communicate with vendors and other departments to address and clarify vendor concerns.Provide prompt responses to vendor inquiries and concerns regarding invoice disputes.Identify different stakeholders and coordinate with various teams to resolve queries or disputes.Follow up with relevant stakeholders to expedite resolution of queries.Maintain an inviting ecosystem and represent STG in all external and internal communication for vendor management.Identify opportunities for process improvement in dispute resolution to enhance efficiency.Ensure precise and accurate resolution of invoice disputes, minimizing errors and rework.WHAT SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE WILL BE REQUIRED?Total relevant experience of 1-3 years.Knowledge of SAP 4 HANA.Teamwork and collaboration.Stakeholder management.Problem-solving skills.Decision making.WHAT IS ON OFFER?As a colleague at Scandinavian Tobacco Group, you will receive a comprehensive compensation package.
