For which tasks (responsibilities)? Create and document new workflows and processes for vegetation art.
Develop benchmark assets to meet visual and technical standards in vegetation art.
Collaborate with leads and project managers to prioritise tasks, set scopes, and establish deadlines.
Analyse and decompose complex problems, determining solutions based on dependencies and project requirements.
Assign tasks, provide feedback, and mentor less experienced artists.
Assess the visual and technical quality of work, offering suggestions for improvement as needed.
Gather and organise reference materials for personal use and for the team.
What kind of professional are we looking for? Proven experience as an artist, with at least a couple assets of plants demonstrating your ability to deliver high-quality work. 
Strong technical and visual skills in creating high-end vegetation art.
Demonstrated experience in establishing techniques, processes, and workflows for vegetation assets.
Proficiency in using tools such as Speed Tree, Substance Designer, Substance Painter.
