CGI is looking for a VBA Consultant – French Speaking to join our team.
Your future duties and responsibilities:
Support and maintenance:
• Ensure the proper functioning, maintainability, and scalability of applications.
• Provide technical and functional support to users (first level).
• Monitor and handle incidents in compliance with the application's SLA.
• Contribute to the relationship with the platform's operators (incidents, requests).
• Coordinate and ensure the processing of maintenance requests and their successful completion.
• Communicate progress status to users.
• Communicate on next maintenance period.
• Explain and value technical operations and security fixes to the business.
• Contribute to platform testing.
• Contribute to the update of the operational-specific deliverables (Reference document, Knowledge Base).
• Define non-regression test cases and ensure execution of tests.
Evolutions:
• Clarify the needs expressed by MOA.
• Challenge Business requests and value technical issues for the user.
• Managing Change:
• Prepare detailed functional specifications.
• Define test cases, ensure test performance.
• Contribute to training.
• Contribute to documentation.
Transversal:
• Contribute to communication about its activities.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of efficiency and knowledge sharing.
• Report to Head of Front Sector.
• Be compliant with engineering rules and security standards.
• Work with offshore development teams.
Required qualifications to be successful in this role:
Technical skills:
• Excel and VBA (advanced level)
• SQL (advanced level)
• Tests (non regression, sanity)
Transversal skills:
• Agile methods, ability to work in agile mode
• ITIL knowledge (practical level)
Soft skills:
