Vat Specialist (M/F/D) Hybrid Working Model - Algés

Your new Company:Our client is a Shared Services Center located in Lisbon.Your new role:Reporting to a VAT / Tax Team Leader, you'll be responsible for submitting the VAT returns for the EU entities.Manage related documentation.Keep close contact with the general ledger team in order to reconcile various indirect tax accounts.Perform controls to detect inaccuracies, liaise with accounts payable and accounts receivable.Drive other teams to check and review individual transactions and make necessary corrections.Analyze invoices to ensure compliance with local tax law and proper tax treatment.Demonstrate the ability to join and participate in a multi-disciplinary team for executing a project.Handle indirect tax research questions and communicate research findings effectively, providing recommendations based on the research done.What you need to be successful:Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Law, or similar regarding tax or accounting.Professional experience of at least 2 years in similar tasks.Fluent English (mandatory) and Spanish is a plus.IT Skills: Excel; SAP and Power BI are a plus.What the company can offer you:Hybrid working model (3 days remote/week).Flexible working hours.Excellent working environment.Annual Bonus.Health and Life Insurance.Flex benefits.Next step:In case you are interested in this opportunity, click on "Apply Now" to send us your updated CV.#J-18808-Ljbffr
