Main objectives: Develop and deliver the Vans and Trucks strategy in Spain and Portugal to create controlled revenue growth and to maximize profitability. Responsibilities: Own the Vans and Trucks budget and P&L, leading forecasting activities to ensure activities fall in line with budget and expectations. Work with Sales Director to create, define and implement guidelines for key strategic B2B processes in Spain and Portugal in order to maximize the Vans & Trucks business performance. Deliver the commercial development of the business Vans & Trucks, advising and guiding the business and the rest of the sales team. Maximize revenue acceleration for the business Vans & Trucks through ensuring B2B revenue targets are met on country level. Provide B2B Van & Truck expertise across the Cluster Iberia through coaching, developing sales initiatives and strategies, supporting implementation and execution of key deliverables to achieve a high level of sales. Ensure continuous development and alignment of new and existing Van & Trucks products. Work with Service Lines and Business Units, to accelerate the Go to Market proposition. Partner and work cross-functionally with our Fleet, Ecommerce, Marketing, Finance and Revenue and Capacity teams. PERSONAL PROFILE OF POSITION HOLDER Experience Substantial experience in the Vans and Truck (rental/OEM) industry with focus on LCVs (Light commercial vehicles). Strong focus on sales and customer acquisition. Ideally product development and alignment background. Education level / certificates : University degree in business administration, sales / marketing or similar education in the Services or car/ vans & truck industry. Languages : Fluent Spanish and English (mandatory), Portuguese being a plus. Computer skills and software: MS office / Google suite. Personal characteristics Rigorous strategic thinker with business sense. Strong analytical and strategic skills. Ability to manage several projects at once in an autonomous mode. Excellent planning and organization skills. Good understanding of IT and ecommerce matters. Strong communication (written and verbal), interpersonal and presentation skills.
