Value Stream Manager

Your tasks:

Plan, coordinate and control the activities of the VSO (Value Stream Organization);

Ensure efficient planning/scaling of equipment and human resources related to VSO;

Collaborate with the Department Leader in defining and controlling the evolution of the production budget;

Lead the multidisciplinary VSO team;

Lead, participate and dynamize Lean projects;

Ensure an excellent understanding with the Department's suppliers (Electroplating, Machining, Planning, Engineering, Maintenance and Procurement) and also with customers (Warehouse and Planning);

Keep the Environment, Health and Safety action plans up to date;

Ensure that equipment is properly maintained and handled, as well as promoting compliance with safety and health standards to minimize the occurrence of accidents at work.

Your profile:

Bachelor/Master degree in Engineering : Industrial Management, Mechanical, Materials;

Experience: 3-5 years in similar roles;

Knowledge of Lean tools;

Production management skills;

Excellent written and verbal communication skills both in Portuguese and English;

Good leadership, communication and teamwork skills;

Google tools command.
